Software for the parts of your business that software forgot

Optivantix builds focused software and AI agents for small and medium business owners. Not another platform to configure — a tool that removes one specific bottleneck and earns its place on day one.

How we work

Start from the bottleneck

We don't begin with a feature list. We begin with the part of your week that eats hours and nobody has tooling for — whether that's a purpose-built app like Showroom Lens or an AI agent wired into the tools you already run.

One job, done properly

A focused app that does one thing your team actually needs beats a platform with forty settings nobody configures. Our apps stay narrow on purpose.

Fits the tools you already have

No rip-and-replace. Showroom Lens runs on the iPad your reps already carry; our AI agents plug into the website or software stack you already run.

Where we started

A furniture retailer can only put so many pieces on a floor, and only so many fabrics on each one. The rest lives in swatch books. A customer likes the chair but not the fabric, the rep walks them to a wall of small squares, and the sale turns into a guess.

Showroom Lens, our first app, closes that gap. It re-renders the exact piece in front of the customer in any fabric or leather the manufacturer offers, on the iPad the rep is already holding.

Optivantix was founded by David Denton. We're a small team, which is the point: we take on problems we can actually finish, for owners who need the thing to work now rather than next quarter. Showroom Lens was the first problem we solved this way — since then we've built AI agents for businesses whose bottleneck wasn't a swatch wall but something just as specific.

Tell us what's slowing you down

If a part of your operation eats hours every week and nothing off-the-shelf fits it, that's the conversation we want.
